1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and one365 ("one365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the one365 website located at one365.vip, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the one365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of one365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the one365 Platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.

one365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the one365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. one365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify one365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. one365 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use occurred prior to your notification to us.

Account registration and use of the Platform is for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the one365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). one365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. one365 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All funds deposited into your one365 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. one365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.

Players may not withdraw funds that have been credited as bonus amounts until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawal of real-money funds that are co-mingled with active bonus funds may be subject to forfeiture of the bonus portion in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

one365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which one365 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

one365 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• A wagering requirement will apply to all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire automatically.

• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the one365 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. one365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to situations involving incorrect odds, system errors, or manifest mistakes.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of one365, made in good faith and with reference to available official results and records, shall be final and binding. one365 shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on unofficial or third-party result sources.

Maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by one365 at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the one365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using one365 bonus funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing one365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

one365 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the one365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of one365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of one365.

Any unauthorised use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in civil and criminal penalties. one365 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

9. Privacy & Data

one365 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, one365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if one365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

one365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your one365 account at the time the claim arises.

one365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. one365 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude one365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

one365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• one365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• one365 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account for cause, one365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to one365.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

12. Responsible Gaming

In the event of any dispute between you and one365, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. one365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels under Philippine law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent one365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
